What’s Included in your wedding package?

Base Package Includes:

Accommodations: Our wedding package includes one night’s rental of 1/2 the inn with 3 guest rooms for a total maximum occupancy of 6 people. Each room is thoughtfully designed with amenities to ensure a comfortable stay, from plush bedding to luxury bath products. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with a warm welcome and a brief tour of your accommodations. Refreshing drinks and nibbles will be provided as you relax and prepare for your evening.

Photos: Capture the memories of your special day with the expertise of a professional wedding photographer. A professional photographer will take photos and you will receive 25 professionally edited print-ready, digital files. If you choose to have the photographer come for “getting ready” photos they will arrive at 5:00 and stay through the ceremony and beginning of dinner, 1.5 hours.

Flowers: 4 small floral arrangements (which includes your choice of a combination of bridal bouquet, boutonniere, and table flowers). We will work with you to determine your taste and color preferences within our seasonal offerings.

Ceremony: A non-denominational ordained officiant will perform a custom ceremony and submit forms to NYS. The officiant will return the original license to the town or city clerk where the license was purchased. The town or city will finalize the marriage license, and a copy of the marriage license will be delivered to the NYSDOH to be recorded and filed. We will work together to create a one-of-a-kind ceremony based on your relationship. Your ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM.  Whether you choose to exchange vows under an arch outdoors or in front of the cozy fireplace in our great room, your ceremony will be a reflection of your unique love story.

Cake: End the evening on a sweet note with a round 2 layer wedding cake adorned with fresh flowers.

Evening: Retreat to our great room after dinner to unwind and enjoy our vinyl record collections. Relax with your loved ones, and perhaps even share a first dance if desired.

Breakfast and Checkout: Wake up to a light breakfast served room service style, complete with French Press coffee, tea, and water, before bidding farewell to Springdale with cherished memories of your special day.

Planning: We will meet for one hour to design your custom ceremony, choose floral and menu choices, and discuss any preferences. This will be 2 weeks in advance of your wedding date either at Springdale or by Zoom.
