A: We’re located at Springdale Weddings and Events, 242 County Road 9, Victor, NY, just 20 minutes from downtown Rochester.

WEDDINGS:
Q: How many guests can attend my event?
A: Our venue accommodates up to 20 guests for the ceremony and dinner, with overnight accommodations for up to 6 guests in our 3 cozy guest rooms.
Q: What’s included in your wedding packages?
A: Our all-inclusive wedding packages start at $3,900 plus Private chef dinners starting at $55+ per plate ($600 minimum).Catered buffets starting at $40+ per guest ($400 minimum) and includes everything you need for a relaxed and memorable celebration:

Q: Can I customize my wedding package?
A: Absolutely! We offer a variety of add-ons, including:
Extra photography ($100 per 30 minutes for 10 additional images).
Off-site couple+two guests ceremonies within 15 minutes of Victor for $300+.
Additional floral arrangements for $100 each.
Q: Can I bring my own photographer or florist?
A: Yes, you’re welcome to bring your own photographer or florals, and we’ll provide a slight reduction in cost for doing so.
Q: Are you the right venue for me?
A: If you’re dreaming of a grand wedding with extra fluff, we might not be the best fit. But if you’re looking for a warm, intimate atmosphere that embraces the charm and authenticity of real moments, we’d love to host your special day!
Booking and Policies
Q: How far in advance should I book?
A: All events can typically be booked 2-3 weeks in advance. We recommend securing your date as early as possible.
Q: What’s your payment policy?
A: Weddings-We require a 50% deposit to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due 3 weeks before the event. Retreats are paid in full with reservation.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule?
A: Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations or reschedules. Clients remain responsible for their balance unless the date is rebooked.
Q: Do you offer virtual tours?
A: Yes! If you can’t visit in person, we’d be happy to schedule a virtual tour.
Guest and Event Details
Q: What amenities are included for overnight guests?
A: Our guest rooms feature 100% cotton bedding, natural bath products, seating areas, WiFi, TVs, en suite bathrooms, and stunning views.
Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes, we have parking space for up to 10 cars.
Q: Are there noise restrictions?
A: To respect our neighbors, we limit outdoor noise after 9:30 PM. Indoor festivities can continue as planned for overnight guests.
Q: Can you accommodate dietary restrictions?
A: Absolutely! We collect dietary preferences and restrictions through a questionnaire and work with our chef to create a custom menu.

Q: Who can contract with Springdale Wedding and Events?
A: Anyone! We cherish the diversity of gender, race, ethnicity, national origin, range of abilities, sexual orientation, gender identity and religion. We will work with you to create an event that is right for you. ALL ARE WELCOME!
Q: What is your process for booking a wedding?
A: Get in touch with us to book a tour or video call. We schedule tours on to fit your schedule. Please see our contact page for more info. If you decide to host your wedding with us a deposit is required to save your date.
Q: How can I customize my wedding at Springdale?
A: Each wedding is customized to your needs, we work with you to curate a custom ceremony, menu and experience.
Q: Can we get married outside?
A: Yes, you can! We have a beautiful wedding arch under mature trees. If the weather is iffy you can exchange vows in the great room with a wood fireplace.
Q: Can we include our dog in the evening?
A: Calm, housebroken dogs may be included on a case-by-case basis.
